Consisting of scrapbooks (1930-1932; 1930-1933; 1936-1939; 1939-1941; 1939-1942; 1942-1946; 1952-1953; 1953-1954; 1954-1955) and press book (1988-1990). Scrapbooks include photographs, picture postcards, brochures, programs, correspondence, news clippings, and other memorabilia relating to activities of the DAR, and to the history of South Carolina and the American Revolution. Scrapbook (1939-1941) contains picture postcard of South Caroliniana Library exterior on campus of University of South Carolina, photographs of Tamassee DAR School, and single issue of the school's newsletter, The Tamassee Sun-Dial (vol. 3 : no. 1), Dec. 1940. Scrapbook (1942-1946) contains images of exteriors of South Caroliniana Library and Stony Point historic homestead (ca.1825), near Coronaca, Greenwood County, S.C.
